Ms. Constance Moonzwe, Zambian-born, believes we must take responsibility to create legacies that will take the next generation to a level we could only imagine. She is a strong advocate for self-investment in conferences, seminars, associations, and clubs. In doing so, she continually gains new relationships, knowledge and in acquiring new knowledge, reinvents and keeps herself relevant.

Moonzwe is the Chief Talent Officer of RSMC Services, a boutique healthcare recruitment and search firm that serves organizations across the United States. RSMC is a member of the Sanford Rose Associates® network of offices, a Top 9 search firm, where she leads operations, strategic planning, and staff development in Rancho Cucamonga, California. With 20-plus years of experience, she has managed large portfolios exceeding $10m and successfully delivered professionals to companies in Healthcare and Information Technology. Moonzwe’s broad expertise in business consultancy and leadership has made her an expert in her field.

Moonzwe continues to be recognized by industry peers, colleagues, and employees as a trailblazer, role model, and mentor. Putting equal time into her community work, she sits on the board of directors of EMI. This organization promotes sustainable healthcare and educational development initiatives.

A graduate of California Polytechnic University (Cal-Poly Pomona) and the University of La Verne (ULV), she received a BS in Human Resources and a Masters in Healthcare Administration.

In addition, Moonzwe is the Chief-Counsel of Ubuntu Talks, whose mission is to train African languages in a more straightforward and faster way that provides more reliable outcomes primarily in Zambia.
